It's midterm season again and the PERFECT way to relieve some stress is by going to some
awesome TASA events. We got a whole bunch coming up like the Mixer at Kip's or the Hot Pot Night. Photos have been uploaded from some of the events that have already happened during the semester so check those out as well.
It's a whole new semester and this time, we're hoping to make Spring 2007 the best semester ever in TASA history. We've already started off with an awesome general meeting filled with games and FREE POTSTICKERS. If you missed the general meeting, it's still not too late to join a committee and meet other people. Shoot us an email and we'll be sure to let you in on our TASA love! Our cultural committee has also just finished its latest issue of our monthly newsletter featuring what's going on in Taiwanese pop culture so be sure to check that out as well.
The forums have been rebooted, so head on over. Because of spamming bots, I've set it so that I will have to confirm
your registration before you can post; that'll take a day at the most (unless I'm somewhere without net access for more
than a day...unlikely =P In other news, the site is still a little wonky; certain parts have not been showing up, or the
old version has been appearing instead. If this is happening to you, try refreshing the page...or you can try waiting (of
course, if you can't see this, you won't know what to do; hope you see this eventually).
What a long absence that was! Sorry about the lack of updatage; it was due to a combination of the
page being screwed up (my fault), OCF having server problems (err, OCF's fault), and me getting sick (Mother
Nature's fault?). Anyhow, lot's of new things: a revised event schedule - starting with Hotpot Movie Night
this Saturday - photos from past events, and a new newsletter! In related news, the forums are down; it's
related to the OCF outage. I'll try to get that back up as soon as possible.
So the guys at Albany Bowl were pretty apologetic about things, but it turns out that all the lanes
were booked already. Because of that, Bowling Night will be - for the first time, and hopefully last
time - postponed. However, never fear! You can still get your fix of TASA Love this Thursday at Movie
Night. Check out the flier at the left for more info.

Howdy Yall!
I'd like to be the first to welcome you guys to TASA. It was great seeing
all the new faces at Calapalooza! I'm looking forward to meeting you guys
again at our First General, which will be during the second week of
